You’re right, a lot of imagined scenarios based on circumstantial evidence which involved supposition. I should have also added the disclaimer that those suppositions were all based on publicly available info, and that none of it may have actually happened.
But I would be interested in your points/thoughts on why it likely didn’t happen as hypothesised.
