I would also re-iterate @Hardcash's posts which point out that Santos GSA does not include the certified 2C and 2U at W5/6, any other finds over the 10sqkm field at L23, or any finds at EP447 (3 leads identified). IMO the 20c doesn't even cover 2P at L23 and therefore STX would be getting the rest, including Condor for free. Vote No.
