Back when this occurred, presumably in a different era to today's hyper awareness, what was the procedure you would follow regarding reports of assault by teachers on children.
As a headmaster did you have autonomy to deal with cases in-house, or was there a mandatory reporting process you followed?
Assuming the parents were informed immediately, who else would you call: the police, the education department, and/or the teachers federation?
