To set up a small Heap Leach operation OZM will need about $5 million, could probably get that from Toll treating at the NST mill about 10,000 oz of the higher grade part of the resource, which is not much out of the total amount, which now is 260,000 ozs, I would prefer that, rather than going to shareholders for a CR, the other option is a gold loan.
Once the Heap Leach is operating we should have a handy cash flow IMO of about $10 million a year from the production of 10,000 ozs pa, we can then use the funds to do more drilling and start to prove up a bigger resource, as the resource is built up OZM can then start to increase production and down the track start paying dividends.
