IT may also be possible that that someone they are interested in has to work out their departure from their current employer, negotiating some details in the contract, dong background checks or checking for conflict of interests...the list goes on. But my general message is that there is nothing that requires an immediate hiring at this moment, so at least someone "on board" with the company is filling the spot temporarily.

If I were to double my shares today I could have a $US 0.06 average price. That is a nice problem to have and think about. GLTAH.
