Mate if its causing a mental toll just sell. Plenty of other shiny fish in the sea, make your money back on them.
I will say this, if you look at oil and some oil companies (WDS for eg) they do look to be setting up for a run. Surprising to me given recession fears but its there. Don't want to dangle any carrots to a forum that is already overly 'emotional' but you might get a decent run soon if you're lucky.
