BSX have been in Vietnam for a while now and have great contacts in Country.
They are similar to ASM in working towards partnerships for a refinery to produce downstream nickel products for battery cathodes for EV vehicles. They have a very big mine ready to go in Vietnam as well. They are at a similar stage to ASM.
I have spoken to management at conferences, and they are very close to the locals in Vietnam.
It could be very good for ASM to have these links with Vietnam
