I just bought a chunk more on open. Tin still looks good and OP can't keep selling forever. A higher tim price makes Rentails more attractive, so it's still possible they are holding the cash for that. Of course wb200 is right that a buyback of 20 to 30m makes sense... but if it's not what APAC want then it won't happen.
