STX are arrogant, but they will not be able to unreasonably hold back on Waylering coming into prodn. There will likely be best endeavours clauses in the joint venture agreement. If they do hold back and there are damages they will likely risk being sued.

For me, quarterly will tell cash, a few weeks should hopefully solve Waylering.
