LOL..Jack is the formation tester guru at SLB. A useful guy to have on the end of the phone when things go to sh*t.
ORA looks like a natural progression from the dual packer/Saturn MDT modules.
As you note these tools will be sparse on the ground....and very expensive. Even know when you run a dual packer module you get charged up front for the packer rubbers (around $US7000 last time I ran one) whether you run the tool or not.
