Yes I agree.
I will always argue that just throwing money at a
problem doesn’t fix it, it actually encourages
some people to behave irresponsibly.
We also need people to take on some
personal accountability and offer incentive to help
change their behaviours.
I have come across many people in life that
don’t want to work or aspire to anything other
than government handouts. Maybe a piece of
canvas, four wooden poles and a box of food
each week is all that they should be getting.
