    Kipper57. Of course no ML permitting required for drilling. ML only required for mining.
    If an ML already existed it would reduce the timeline from exploration to production.
    ML permitting a long, expensive and arduous process.
    Hence my question - Is there an ML on the old Mt Chalmers mine site?
