The problem with the share price is it extremely illiquid the stock and traditionally not large amount of buyers / sellers queuing up.
Will only take one seller to offload some shares for a quick profit to dent the potential share price at the open. Can't imagine Regal or Rivercapital buying on market at around those prices to hold up the share price.
Potentially it could bring some hedge funds onto the register trying to make a arb play between the share price and the bid price.
Id guess somewhere between $10.0 - $10.5 a share it will open tomorrow
