    So much to digest in this public filing ... it really is a comprehensive overview of where the company sits, warts & all.

    I did notice this on the NASDAQ website this morning. USD of course. And no mention of number of shares hence listing price ( as per this ASX release ). As detailed in this document that is yet to be determined. Roth Capital has the option to acquire and additional 5% of shares offered. However, if this is right, we are chasing $11.5M USD ¬ $17M AUD via the IPO.
