PAC is more a mix of active and hedge fund manager than just an active fund manager. GQG is its active manager and short term FUM ownership. The rest of PAC’s boutiques manage FUM under agreements of 5 to 10 year periods. Business is much more stable than an Active Fund Manager and it’s FUM can’t be withdrawn as easily as others.
Mr Market not always correct. PAC’s value today may seem correct, but in two to three years it is far more valuable.
