The question is whether STX is the acquirer or the target. If TPD doesn't go into halt, then it's likely that we are the target. Time will tell I guess
And if we did turn out to be the target, then the proposed TPD transaction suddenly makes a lot of sense with STX board trying to defend via the poison pill path.
