Like most Freedman is not a charity.
We are all here to make some cash....and in this case PRR is the vehicle.
Buying at 2.6c amd selling at 8 - 12c......sounds like good business. The big players make the market not you or me. One million shares out of 700 million is nothing to these guys.
Freedman probably now has a free carry on his PRR shares. I'd say he'll now hold a portion for the potential future success of CVAC.
As for ST they have a S/Load of options available to them as part of the funding deal. So I reckon they'll be waiting the 3 years.
