My assessment is Peter Muccilli is the "Game Player" behind the closed door who is pulling the POS strings from long time. Is he same person(?) who acts as consultant for POS Gold Tailing project also ( POS has spent more than a million dollars so far on Gold tailing prospects so far).

Why did Peter Muccilli only lasted 2 years at Mincor ? Does anyone knows the reason?
