MIN sold its stake in PLS a while ago when the SP was ~$2.50 and the business was profitable (as it is now). They acquired the original stake when they relinquished their pilgan royalty rights in return for ~8% holding in PLS. They had the option to hold as PLS was successfully producing at that time but they gradually sold down and completed the divestment in 2021 from memory.
MIN attempted to sue PLS for breach due to ROFR clauses in the pilan sale agreement following the sale of the tenements to them (which PLS subsequently drilled out).
I can tell you now, the two companies have absolutely no interest in eachother.
