Obviously the capital raising will be for institutional investors , not shareholders , hopefully it will be for a considerable capital amount, as this will reduce the all of us existing shareholders risk . i.e having cash in the bank, not defaulting on expenses. Had to happen. The current share price is disapointing but for those who have not purchased AZL yet the share price does offer value at this price. DYOR
