Pac-Man, sorry to be blunt but you put yourself onto this public chat and keep on engaging, so I am not sure you can then rebuke the comments you don't like or withdraw what has been stated on behalf of the company. You engage and defend.

Saying that, can you let us all know the below:

Debt announcement - nothing further has been announced? is this dead in the water, if not do you have a firm date of approval in full?

If this fails, what is the plan B?

Is NNG still following the acquisitions? is there any end date to the closure of previous announcements, have the NZ acquisitions failed?

Has NNG won any new contracts off new customers this Quarter? Of any material $ value?

What's the current ARR and TCV compared to this time last year?

Seems to be a few large trades on sell, is this a worry? concerned there is a trend here we are yet to see if full!

There seems to be very little natural organic news from NNG, not necessarily on market sensitive information only, but just general updates on other platforms events, marketing, customers, testimonials, project development success?
