Ultimately it’s the insurance companies and gov’t agencies that will be paying for the drug so I don’t see an issue with pricing in different countries - my issue was different pricing for different indications in the same country.
eg if we at the price for cardio protection at a certain dose rate, then can you set a different price for FTO or AML for example - how do you control that?
