Who has managed Victorian roads since 2014. Andrews and his hopeless mob. They are responsible for fixing the roads but the state government has no money. Paying for debt on the Wonthaggi Desal Plant sucks out cash from government coffers as well, just like writing off $700 million in fines. All self inflicted cashfloiw shortages caused by grossly inept management by Andrews and his mob of incompetent ministers and senior Labor appointed public servants.

And Lappy how about broken election promises where Andrews said "Victorians can have it all"

Well they can't:
Airport Rail cancelled
Geelong Fast Rail cancelled
North East Link put on hold excluding recently let construction packages
SRL slowed down and minimal budget provisions made
Comm Games contract reneged on.
Hundreds of community organisation funding applications cancelled or scaled back.

What's worse - announcing what can be afforded or announcing projects then cancel?

Victoria is in a mess after nearly 10 years of Andrews. Looking like a debt bill closer to $220 billion by 2026
