i wish i had a better understanding on the numbers associated with the deal. it was only in October 2022 that TEG was going to pay PGY $1m as part of the JV restructuring.
now TEG is getting up to $15m, zero liability, and zero requirements to fund anything CCS related. bizarre on the surface without the details.
