this was an activities report, I think anything that would generally be price sensitive would be a separate announcement so personally, I don't see anything wrong with the release today
the sell off is another issue... didnt shares recently get released? Could be holders of those recently released shares sold out or maybe just one seller
overall, I feel like 80c is the target price... 50c is too cheap for WMG
