DEV have put a lot of DD RC and Air core holes down at Sovereign Hill and still are yet to satisfy the 3 million initial spend to obtain 50%.....That is a Greenfields project for Pd...They have also conducted air and ground EM by 3rd party....
S2R on the other hand has 34 Million in previous exploration data by Kirkland lake...
MB is not stupid he will be pressing to obtain land access to the most lucrative areas knowing the importance of initial positive results....
There has been a lot of public input put into this tender process and most if not all the land owners will by now know of the possibility of being asked for access...
They will probably also by now realize that if S2R is successful on their land like CHN they will be offered multiples of what that land is currently worth....over time...GL
