telcos sell bandwidth and call minutes. Selling advanced AI derived analytics based off of call recording is beyond the telco sales force who typically each have multi-million dollar quotas to retire. Do not confuse delivery / billing through the telcos for actual selling. Dubber have to do all the direct selling themselves, but then cut the telco a margin for the billing.
i wish them good luck as it’s a great idea, but it’s the dude selling the contact center who can sell the value. Until they have Genesys, five9s and Nice as their partners who take the product to market, they’re going to struggle to contain their cost of sales….
