Just a quick update, Taverners have scrapped their takeover proposal of AKR and are now looking at in in-specie distribution of all Oncard shares held.
Off the top of my head I think this equates to approx 2.5 ONC for every AKR held.
I imagine this will bring some sellers too the market in the short term. One would hope that it will also result in ONC providing a comprehensive update on the outlook for the company.
