Good question. And that is Exactly the picture they want to project: stay with the Directors you know or pick a group of "unknowns"

I am no longer a shareholder, so my opinion means jack!!! And its only my humble opinion.

But if I was still a shareholder, I would vote them out - they had plenty of opportunities to take corrective actions; given their "professional experiences".

So what actions did they take - with their collective "Professional Experiences", either to mitigate or resolve those issues at Morilla???

What have they done since the suspension of trading, with all their collective "Professional Experiences"???

A "Potentially Close" deal?!?

and

A Class Ruling that any lawyer/accountant could submit?!?

For me (and its only my opinion), its NOT about whether you have a fancy Resume - its about what actions you took, when you are under the pump!!!

So what have they done for shareholders???
