Read shorts decreased by 71.6% on Wednesday. Was in a BUYSELLSIGNAL REPORT. Something about the short position being .9 of the average .2 - whatever that meant. I was going to cut and paste last night but the report is updated/replaced each day. The top 20 shareholders (which are institutions) control 65% of the company.
