RED need to break 15.5c on more volume otherwise downtrend to 12c may resume again. Debt finance package signing is probably only short term catapult for SP. If SP continue to rise in the next few days than being leaky ship before maybe that finance is finally going to happened. One positive from presentation re debt financing is that hedging is not required
