Any offer that is not a total piss take is going to get over the line quite comfortably here IMO. Much of the board will be very supportive given their performance rights will vest. Colby will walk away with millions after 18 months in the role. I will probably hold on to the STX shares i get but not sure yet. Need to spend some time looking at STX and may decide to flip them into cash. More interested in what spinco looks like with its Mongolian assets, although i expect to be heavily diluted. Undecided which way i will vote until i see the actual offer, but I am under no disillusions that this wont happen with or without my vote.
