Before a meeting of members takes place, the company must give its members at least 21 days notice. A listed company must give at least 28 days notice... Shareholders won't be meeting for share consolidation until late August at the earliest and more likely Christmas but who knows what year that will be.
Company secretary is still trying to work out how to fill in the paper work correctly and hand it in because the teacher keeps on rejecting it for all the errors that they find....
