The best bit for me was statement analysts say "management is the problem" and in particular "Cohens style"..confirmation to me of my own view that very poor management has got them into this mess....

Aparently they haven't dealt well with cultural issues of integration of IBA Health and Isoft where you have Isoft focusing on selling its lorenzo product to the public sector hosptitals and IBA health focusing on selling its web products to private sector negating the need for a Lorenzo product ie overlapping product offerings....Again evidence of very poor management..

Cohen is not the one to turn this around as he got them into this mess so bring on a takeover and fresh new management...
