While it's a 'real' reduction given inflation of six to eight per cent in FY 23, it's a good sign that the Board hasn't reduced the three cent per share dividend.
Perhaps it indicates the Board, acting on incomplete information as we all are given the disastrous Federal Labor/Greens Bill re labour hire and casual employment has yet to pass through Parliament and receive the Royal Assent, is reasonably confident ASH will remain viable and prosper into FY 24.
