ultimately though when it comes time for a takeover, the companies that fight it out will determine the TO price and they’ll see the true value in it. This type of advertising you speak of would only stimulate your at home investors to try keep the SP buoyant. I feel like at the moment the bigger institutions think they can make bigger money elsewhere rather than waiting for NEU to get to $20. A bullish market in other areas may be a drag on NEU which is not really reflective of the company, but more so the lack of more upside or the speed in which it might come.
