That is a ridiculous example - how many people actually drive from NSW to Perth - most would fly. That is an extreme example. That is when a hybrid would be a perfect option. For day-to-day driving - i.e. to work and back, an EV is perfect. If you are a two car family, the ideal set up would be an EV for day-to-day, and a hybrid, which would be used for holidays, longer trips, etc. Why are you even posting in RNU threads if you 'don't believe in EVs'? Are you just a down-ramper?
