I asked this question a while ago but if its compartmentalised could this be put to good use by IVZ by maybe running a pilot gas fired power station from one of these compartments or is that too simplistic? Also, I know offshore they inject water down via separate wells to help with recovery, given Zim is quite dry, how do they do they improve recovery onshore? Do they drill into an aquafer and use that?
As far as the ASX is concerned a sample to surface, regardless of how it gets there, is classed as a discovery no matter what horizon its from. The first sample to surface will be met with a trading halt. Everything else you say is true in that the measurements taken from the well will lead to a contingent classification, at some point, for each horizon. A lot of work to get to that though and it may require more wells to put certainty to the numbers.
