Frank Bennett contacted me as a substantial holder yesterday.
I was impressed by his vision, experience and manner. Copper is the main thrust of AVM.
I liked the plan to secure 5 projects in mining friendly jurisdictions.
I asked about Elko. It is a very valuable resource but it is mired in British Columbia red tape.
There have been discussions with coal companies outside of BC. He said there are 8 coal companies operating in BC. They must all have existing relationships with politicians and environmental agencies. I don't believe high quality coal is going to be replaced in the next 10-15 years so it should have a value for an existing BC coal miner. I made the cheeky suggestion that it was flogged off for a few million as that would stave off issuing several hundred million shares. He didn't disagree but said there are a number of possible options.
I invested here at around 0.01 as I am a top 10 investor in ARR which I entered into at below 0.02. AVM and ARR have common directors and major shareholders so I am hoping they will follow ARR in performance over the next 5 years.
