Just to come in behind ResourceEagle on this, the angle here is , as regards Catamarca province, on one legitimate reading of this they did have 100 % ownership and have paid for 100 % ownership. The problem has come about through a territorial dispute at a state inter-governmental level. Agree probably should have been made clearer in prior announcements , but I also get too why you don't what to sing it from the rafters.........Reasonable chance if it was litigated their ownership claims under Catamarca may well have held up in a Court, but makes no sense to risk holding up the whole shooting match. Honestly 10 million odd shares in the scheme of this whole project is chicken feed........if the alternative is this project being held up in the Court for some years.

The other angle here is if I was JP I would be using this as leverage with both provincial governments to say , you guys need to help us along a bit here with permits because its really because you guys didnt have your jurisdictional claims sorted which should not be a cause of confusion for investors as its pretty basic stuff that we had to sort the issue for you and pay these guys out with shares so we have paid arguably now twice now for the same thing, so we have fixed up what the mess created by you guys ! That has to be worth some leverage here.
