My expectation is any project funding would have working capital component.
The working entities may or may not have employees, and I think in these early stages they may more be financial instruments for holding equity, rather than human capital (salaries) which is employed and paid for by the parent company.
RISAB funding should result in NMT receiving the funds for working capital, but then also being liable, as they have been, for all project liabilities - as they've covered so far.
Chris is aware, he's started his intent to not dilute the primary entity, and he's a pretty good operator.
The consolidated calendar across all projects for the next 24 months is pretty exciting, and there's the potential for more deals to be signed.
