I fear Australia's die has been cast because Albanese, Chalmers, Marles, etc. have weaponised 'Compulsory Voting' in a way that Hawke and Keating never did.
The recent rise of "It's Our Money, They Are Our Minerals, and on and on" has now been promised to everyone who never saved for an asset, never studied and never took any responsibility for their own future".
The ALP, Greens, even the Teals now recognise that it is so very easy to take from those who have worked and saved for Assets, and redistribute it in return for 'voting for me' politics.
I do not fear for me because my time is nearly done, but I fear for everyone below 40 y.o., and their children.
Those who look back twenty years from now will find Australia to be a country in ruins!
