I wouldn't worry about timing the wa govt and most govt's for that matter would be 5 years minimum in evaluation of the other options..what we need here is to find a cost effective source of V ( my belief is that in the short term bringing in US product could not be cost effective) and any Oz source is at least 24 months away..china perhaps ?
