I will be voting to remove the existing board and appoint the new ones in the resolution.

Reasons include:

1. I've lost trust with the old board.
2. I think they are competent to complete paper work, but that's about it.
3. I think they are milking this to pay their salaries.
4. I don't believe they have the shareholders interests as their top priority.
5. I don't feel like there's been any accountability for what's happened. It feels like they have an "oh well, sh&t happens" attitude. They messed up big time and haven't owned up to it. ($200 mil wasted, no over sight, they didn't take an interest, they didn't manage the risk, yet they're quite happy to pay themselves big salaries).
6. It seems like there is more that's happened around the failings of Morilla that we're not aware of.
7. This "process" is taking too long and I never really wanted it. Lots of posts from people regarding how long it's gone on for, and money wasted to offload Morilla for a 'nominal' amount i.e. the cost just to find someone to take it is more than the nominal amount we'd be getting back. What's the point? Doesn't seem "business savvy".
8. Secrecy around the treadstone deal.
9. I think we're going to get a sh&t deal with treadstone (Anything less than $3 a LLL share is a no go for me, don't care what anyone else says). Wasted money to engage treadstone.
10. Any agreed buy out of FFX from now would actually take months to complete (i.e. by the time all the admin, paperwork, etc is complete we will be close to escrow ending anyway so what's the point?
11. I want my LLL shares and am happy to wait.
12. I don't know the new board but I know what I've got with the existing board and I don't like what they're doing.
13. I believe the new board are aligned with retail holders (I'm willing to take a chance on them).
14. They are being brought on to be custodians of the LLL escrowed shares, not to run a mining company, so they don't need experience to run a mine in Africa.
15. They have millions of shares so they have a lot more skin in the game than the existing board.
16. I'm hoping the new board will take a look to see if there is anything else to uncover around the Morila disaster. We know the existing board are not going to do that.
17. The new board may not have all the skills to do every single administrative etc but they can hire help if needed.
