Buying low involves buying at depressed prices; prices at which many are realising some form of loss or capitulation at the extreme end. It's human natural there be much hand wringing and venting in the village square. Detach oneself from the emotion and use that behaviour as just another indicator. Those who withheld spare powder have options. Those who didn't or were leveraged (heaven forbid!) won't. It's a cruel game that cares not of our individual dreams or aspirations. Those who understand the nature of the beast (market) and adapt to it stand some kind of chance. Those who don't... are doomed.
