Reading the presentation it seems itsva 10% stake in all of their assets so if CVN has 20% then they sell 10% or hakf but there are a couple of interests where they have 30% so those go to 20%.
If you look at the presentation I believe a lot of the updide has been taken out of this and 40c is probably a buyout price. Not much comfort for those that bought their shares late 2018 and 2019. These exploration companies really keep reinforcing that I should stay away - the only guys making money are those employed in the company. Luckily I bought in recently so cost is 14c. Even the company actually finding something that is viable doesnt guarantee a profit or even that it will get to production.
