@tobiasroy the big shorting lenders are here for the long term. When the share price rises above $7 they make capital gain. Then they lend more shorting packages at 1.4% of a higher share price knowing the share price will recover above $7 again after the shorting cycle. They can rinse and repeat the cycle many times in a year with minimal risk.
