Agreed that the market never likes bad news, but the point I guess I was trying to make is that the longer you hold off disclosing in some manner, the less equal the playing field becomes. I mean it never looks good when the SP is dropping for weeks on end prior to the update nor the amount of news that certain posters were able to find out from or about the company ( disclosed on HC) that was not being made available to the market. Makes you wonder.
