Perhaps consider things from Ferro's perspective. Go back and have a read of the MOU, clearly states Ferro ambitions with regards to silicon anodes.
The companies techs together design the anode and make a patent application. They can't come to an agreement with regards to who owns what percentage of the IP, so Anteo let the patent lapse and lodge the same anode patent with a different silicon. Hopefully Anteo x hasn't been used as an additive or is not involved in any way.
The court website may not have updated the status of the claim as they are publicly traded companies and need time to announce the litigation.
I hope this is not the case and this is resolved quickly.
