[NGM] the other owners of the the licence.."

"Liontown has the option to acquire up to 80% of the LITHIUM RIGHTS from Mila & TPE for a consideration of £2.2 million through a phased investment programme. By agreement <sub>with TPE & NGM, Mila has currently a 50% interest , in the Lithium rights, representing 10% of the lithium rights
following full exercise by L I O N T O W N."

My Comment:
With due respect, I am not sure why my post above relating to TRANS PACIFIC ENERGY GROUP LTD and their previous
work on the Kathleen Valley Licence No E 36/876 was moderated and deleted out for the reason: "OFF-TOPIC."
How can it be off-topic and reported as such by anyone on this forum given Liontown investors may not be aware
that in FACT Mila Resources DOES NOT OWN KATHLEEN VALLUE LICENCE E36/876 100% but rather only 50% with the other partners being
TRANS PACIFIC GROUP LTD & NGM, of which own the other 50% ---and LIONTOWN HAD TO ALSO DO AN AMENDMENT DEED WITH
Trans Pacific Group Ltd & NGM.

IN CONCLUSION: THEREFORE, LIONTOWN JV WITH MILA RESOURCES [50% OWNER] & TRANS PACIFIC ENERGY GROUP LTD & NGM [THE OTHER 50% OWNER] at Kathleen Valley, E36/876 which is on the border to Liontown's Mt Mann & Kathleen's Corner.

So, Trans Pacific Energy Group Ltd [TPE] drilling of the licence prior to Mila's listing in London in 2021 is of interest.
This is on public file and as norm will be at the Australian Govt Mining Dept site as all exploration work etc has to be lodged as norm.

Surely, Liontown will have to look at historic reports on Mila/TPE/NGM's exploration work & 12 drills at Kathleen Valley E36/876
and any other work done prior to this as well which is also norm -part of due diligence.
